1. Changes to the policy, direction, appearance of the forum are the subject of discussion of the Management Team. All decisions are binding and no one person will hinder implementation of the decision.

2. The current agreement will remain in place however each role will implement the changes agreed by the Management Team irrespective of previously perceived responsibilities and/or authority.

3. No one person will be predominant within the Management Team. Abuse of the administration or the moderation controls will result in resignation from the team following confirmation by the Management Team.

4. For total transparency, all members of the Management Team will have equal access to all aspects of the administration and moderation of the forum.

This will mean that all of us will have equal standing as a team and no one person will have overall responsibility of any management function.
