The V60's previous owner had removed the NEM 362 pockets and the cost of the replacement Roco spares was far greater than a packet of Kadee #31's.

The #31's are slid into the space once occupied by the NEM362 pockets and the pivot hole is used to retain them by a Kadee screw that was drilled and tapped into the chassis block, the result is a very smooth loco with discrete couplings that work perfectly.
