Two main lines crosses Treuchtlingen: Munich-Augsburg-Nuremberg, electrified before the war,
and Munich-Ingolstadt-Ansbach-Würzburg, electrified later in 1960-65.
Imagine that more than 150 passenger trains per day passed or stopped at the bavarian town's station;
I put them all in the time-table from Kursbuch 1952/53.
If You sum a similar number of freight trains, it means more than 10 trains every hour (I did not arrive there on time with a digital camera)
